What is online Personal Training?
Online Personal Training is where you and I work towards your fitness and health goals together without meeting up face to face. We will use phone, video, email & whatsapp to stay in touch and ensure you are making progress towards your goals. I will ensure that you have a well balanced programme which you feel comfortable performing. We will discuss your nutrition and find ways of making healthy changes in your daily life. We will agree a level of commitment that you can manage and agree some realistic goals. We will track your progress via weekly progress forms to ensure that we are heading in the right direction.

- Train on your own knowing you have a well balanced programme, tailored to your goals and the support to achieve them.
Regardless of whether your main goal is to lose weight, tone up, improve general fitness, increase strength or build muscle, exercising regularly is going to improve your life. You’ll feel energised, stronger and more confident every day. As you hit more of your goals and reach new levels in your fitness you will feel proud and a sense of achievement. As your body changes your confidence and health will increase. So many of my clients say to me: ‘I wish I’d started sooner’.

- Monthly call to discuss any concerns, your progress, your goals, changes to your programme etc. (up to 1hr).
