Come and train with me face-to-face at Xercise4less gym in Milton Keynes. These in-person Personal Training services ensure that you have a trained & experienced coach guide you through your workout. I will keep you motivated and ensure you get the most out of each 1 hour session. I will make sure that you are performing the exercises correctly and with good form. I will monitor your progress so that each session you are getting closer to achieving your goal.

What is Personal Training for Friends and Couples?

Like one-to-one personal training, however you can attend your training sessions together.

We work towards your fitness and health goals as a small team. Not only will training with your friend or other half add fun to the sessions, but you will also be supporting each other to achieve your goals.

What is Small Group Personal Training?

Small Group Personal training is where a group of 4 people train together with me to improve their health & fitness.

We will meet up regularly at Xercise4less gym in Milton Keynes for 2 or 3 training sessions per week. I will ensure that you have a well balanced programme and that you are performing the exercises with good form. At the end of each session we perform a cool down, during which we will discuss nutrition and find ways of making healthy changes in your daily life. We will agree a level of commitment that you can manage and agree some realistic goals. I will track your progress so that we know we’re heading in the right direction.

Training in a group adds an extra element of fun and support with a general feeling of being “in it together”.
