Milton Keynes Personal Training – Come and train with me face-to-face at Raw Gym in Milton Keynes. These in-person Personal Training services ensure that you have a trained & experienced coach guide you through your workout. I will keep you motivated and ensure you get the most out of each 1 hour session. I will make sure that you are performing the exercises correctly and with good form. I will monitor your progress so that each session you are getting closer to achieving your goal.

Raw Gym

Raw Gym is a private Personal Traning gym based in Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes. It’s wide range of equipment makes it perfect for people of all fitness levels to get a great workout tailored to their needs. As it’s not open to the public, only Personal Trainers and their clients will be using the gym. This makes it a great place to build your confidence, improve technique & achieve your fitness goals without being surrounded by other people. No membership or entry fee required – entry is included in your Personal Training session.

What is Small Group Personal Training?

Small Group Personal Training is where a group of 4 people train together with me to improve their health & fitness.

We will meet up regularly at Raw Gym in Milton Keynes for 2 or 3 Personal Training sessions per week. I will ensure that you have a well balanced programme and that you are performing the exercises with good form. At the end of each session we perform a cool down, during which we will discuss nutrition and find ways of making healthy changes in your daily life. We will agree a level of commitment that you can manage and agree some realistic goals. I will track your progress so that we know we’re heading in the right direction.

Training in a group adds an extra element of fun and support with a general feeling of being “in it together”.
