Aimed at people that have either never been to the gym before or haven’t been in a very long time. It’s a whole-body workout that includes beginner movements to get you started. The programme is balanced, which means it ensures that you exercise all the major muscles in your body. It is also designed in such a way that you train muscles and do the movements in the correct order.
Once completed you will have a good understanding of basic exercise movements. You’ll have increased confidence and be ready to continue your fitness journey with the next programme.
