Still suitable for beginners that are building their gym confidence and getting used to the movements. It’s a whole-body workout that includes beginner movements to get you started. The programme is balanced, which means it ensures that you exercise all the major muscles in your body. It is also designed in such a way that you train muscles and do the movements in the correct order.
Once completed you will have a good understanding of more basic exercise movements. You’ll have increased confidence and be ready to continue your fitness journey with the next programme.
