This 6 week programme is the third and last in the beginner series of workouts.
Aimed at people that have just completed the beginner 2 programme and are ready to take on the next 6 weeks. Still suitable for beginners that are building their gym confidence and getting used to the movements. It’s a whole-body workout that includes some more beginner movements to get you ready to move on to an intermediate workout. The programme is balanced, which means it ensures that you exercise all the major muscles in your body. It is also designed in such a way that you train muscles and do the movements in the correct order.
Once completed you will have a good base of movements and be ready to move on to an intermediate programme with a more specific goal. You’ll also have grown your gym confidence.
