Womens Gym Program
and Online Fitness Coaching
This 6 week womens gym program is designed to build shape, burn fat & boost metabolism. It will help you build a strong feminine physique and tone. These workouts emphasise the areas of the body that the majority of women want to improve on such as glutes, thighs and stomach.
Just £10 per week!
You’ll complete 4 gym based workouts per week using a variety of standard gym equipment. The online fitness coaching tools include demo videos, written instructions, mobile app and of course your online coach who is available via the direct in-app chat.
These workouts are designed to be performed in a well equipped commercial gym. If you already have a gym membership but need some guidance or want to join a gym but are unsure where to start – this will be perfect for you!

Previous Client Transformations
We encourage everyone to track their progress throughout the 6 weeks. Our dedicated fitness app allows you to upload progress pics and save your measurements. It’s so important to be able to see how much you’ve improved and see your results at the end of this womens gym program.
Accountability and Motivation
We use our in-app one-to-one chat and socials to provide support and answer any queries you might have as you progress. Knowing that you have the support and knowledge from an experienced and qualified coach will give you the confidence to achieve great results.

I’ve worked for commercial gyms and now run my own health & fitness business online. Providing support, motivation & knowledge to all my clients so they can achieve their health & fitness goals.
