What is the 12 week transformation package?
This package is an intensive 12 weeks of exercise and lifestyle change, based in Milton Keynes & designed to really kick-start your journey into a fitter and healthier life. Allowing you to harness your initial high motivation and drive to maximise your results over the initial 12 week period.

Over the course of the 12 weeks we will meet up twice per week at Xercise4less gym, Milton Keynes for one-to-one personal training sessions. We will look at incorporating additional workouts, class participation and increase daily activity levels to really ramp up your energy expenditure as much as possible. We will also have 1 coaching call each week to discuss progress, work on introducing healthy habits and nutritional changes which will feed into a long-term and sustainable lifestyle improvement. This will all support your training and ultimate results. My private Facebook motivation group, full of other clients on similar journeys, will be a friendly daily reminder of the healthy choices you need to be making. The recipe pack will provide you with almost 400 healthy recipe ideas to help you make tasty meals that fit in to your nutrition targets. We will monitor your progress weekly to make sure that you are on track to achieve your goal.
At the end of these 12 weeks we’ll be able to sit back and see how far you’ve come using the weights, measurements and before & after photos. With all that hard work and dedication you will have hit your initial target!
Regardless of whether your main goal is to lose weight, tone up, improve general fitness, increase strength or build muscle, exercising regularly is going to improve your life. You’ll feel energised, stronger and more confident every day. As you hit more of your goals and reach new levels in your fitness you will feel proud and a sense of achievement.
