Over the course of the 12 weeks we will meet up twice per week at Raw gym, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes for one-to-one personal training sessions. We will look at incorporating additional workouts and increase daily activity levels to really ramp up your energy expenditure as much as possible. We will also have 1 coaching call each week to discuss progress, work on introducing healthy habits and nutritional changes which will feed into a long-term and sustainable lifestyle improvement. This will all support your training and ultimate results. My Instagram story gets updated several times a day, switch on the notifications to receive regular motivational and educational content to keep you in the zone! The recipe pack will provide you with almost 400 healthy recipe ideas to help you make tasty meals that fit in to your nutrition targets. We will monitor your progress weekly to make sure that you are on track to achieve your goal.

At the end of these 12 weeks we’ll be able to sit back and see how far you’ve come using the weights, measurements and before & after photos. With all that hard work and dedication you will have hit your initial target! 

We’ll finish off by coming up with a plan to continue your success. If you feel these 12 weeks were enough to build your confidence and get you ready to train on your own – that’s great! Alternatively, I also have follow-on options to continue to support you on the rest of your fitness journey.

Regardless of whether your main goal is to lose weight, tone up, improve general fitness, increase strength or build muscle, exercising regularly is going to improve your life. You’ll feel energised, stronger and more confident every day. As you hit more of your goals and reach new levels in your fitness you will feel proud and a sense of achievement. As your body changes your confidence and health will increase. So many of my clients say to me: ‘I wish I’d started sooner’.

Raw Gym is a private Personal Traning gym based in Kiln Farm. It’s wide range of equipment makes it perfect for people of all fitness levels to get a great workout tailored to their needs. As it’s not open to the public, only Personal Trainers and their clients will be using the gym. This makes it a great place to build your confidence, improve technique & achieve your fitness goals without being surrounded by other people. No membership or entry fee required – entry is included in your Personal Training session.
