Over the course of the 12 weeks, you will meet up with your Milton Keynes based trainer for one-to-one personal training sessions. You may also look at incorporating additional solo workouts into your programme depending on your goals and current fitness level. You will also look to increase daily activity levels to really ramp up your energy expenditure as much as possible.

You may also choose to have coaching calls and/or check-ins to discuss progress, work on introducing healthy habits and nutritional changes – which will feed into a long-term and sustainable lifestyle improvement. This will all support your training and ultimate results.

The Active Goals Instagram story gets updated several times a day, switch on the notifications to receive regular motivational and educational content to keep you in the zone! The recipe pack will provide you with almost 400 healthy recipe ideas to help you make tasty meals that fit in to your nutrition targets.

Have your progress monitored regularly to make sure that you are on track to achieve your goal.

At the end of these 12 weeks we’ll be able to sit back and see how far you’ve come using the weights, measurements and before & after photos. With all that hard work and dedication you will have hit your initial target! 

You and your trainer will finish off by coming up with a plan to continue your success. If you feel these 12 weeks were enough to build your confidence and get you ready to train on your own – that’s great!

Alternatively, your trainer will also have follow-on options to continue to support you on the rest of your fitness journey. 

Each coach will include slightly different things depending on the packages they offer. However you can expect to receive some or all of the following:

Regular one-to-one Personal Training sessions in Milton Keynes

Regardless of whether your main goal is to lose weight, tone up, improve general fitness, increase strength or build muscle, exercising regularly is going to improve your life. I have been a level 3 qualified personal trainer for 16 years. I am qualified in both training and nutrition as well as coaching and mentoring. I’ve worked for a commercial gym and now run my own health & fitness business as both an in-person and online personal trainer. Supporting and providing motivation to all my clients so they can achieve their health & fitness goals.

Speciality – Muscle building, shape & fat loss. Particularly helping ladies who want to gain knowledge and build their confidence in the gym. Using a combination of resistance training & HIIT style circuits.
