This 6 week mens gym program is designed to build a muscular male physique. These workouts will work and grow all muscle groups to develop a strong V shape appearance.
Just £10 per week!
You will receive 4 workouts to complete each week – all gym based and all using a variety of standard gym kit. In the mobile fitness app you will find all you need to track and progress, including demo videos, written exercise instructions and direct chat with your online PT.
The program requires a well equipped gym with a variety of standard equipment. If you’re already part of a gym and looking for a program to get you results, or have not yet started in the gym but want to – this is the perfect package for you!

Accountability and Motivation
Our in-app chat function allows you to connect directly with your online coach to ask any questions that you may have about the program. Having the support and knowledge that an experienced and qualified coach provides will ensure that you get the best possible results.

Your Online Fitness Coach
Thank you for reading about our online mens gym program. My name is Richard – a level 3 qualified personal trainer. I have been qualified for 16 years and have helped many clients achieve their fitness goals. I also have qualifications in nutrition, coaching & mentoring to provide well rounded support to you on your fitness journey.
Having worked for commercial gyms in the past, I now own & run Active Goals online. Providing motivation, knowledge & support to my clients so that they can achieve great results.
